Lifestyles nowadays require us to be flexible in order to handle both personal and professional tasks. We don’t like anymore the 9 to 6 job and we are starting to put higher weight on parameters like working hours flexibility. Why? Well we need it. We have kid that needs to be taken to school. We want to maintain active social life. We just don’t like working 9 to 6. Employers need to take this into consideration if they want to keep their valuable team members.
