We strongly believe that employees have the single greatest impact in customer service and significantly affect quality and profitability.
We decided to start a salary survey, as payment is one of the key motivators for employees.
Our survey aims to capture the average salary levels within the outsourcing industry in Bulgaria. It will be active for 3 months in order to ensure greatest level of accuracy, after which we'll share the results with you.

Your responses are voluntary and will be confidential. Responses will not be identified by individual. All responses will be compiled together and analyzed as groups.
