Ask the graduates: schools don't teach us how to think

A recent survey revealed a peculiar linkage between higher education and job performance: it seems that schools don't teach their students on critical thinking. What's this? This is problem solving, prioritizing, handling big data, process automation, etc. Is this needed? Definitely.
