Outsource.bg was on the Cebit 2016 in Germany to stay connected to the newest trends and catch up with its numerous partners. Being engaged within some of the most vibrant business sectors, Outsource.bg created new connections and participated in vital discussions, which will lead directly to an improved service for its partners. Cebit as one of the world largest IT fairs is still a significant source of information not only about the current technologies, but much more important about the future of the IT industry in general. Some of the ideas presented there show a horizon of 5 – 10 years and gives crucial insights about the topics which will matter most for the largest IT companies in the world. Let’s see which were the main topics discussed during the conference this year, without trying to order them into a priority list. First, cloud. Currently companies are very careful to transfer their data into the cloud. In the future it will not be sustainable for a company to rely only on its own hardware. The offerings around private, managed or hybrid clouds will continue to increase and with that the adoption rates within the company. The main aspect of concern currently is around data protection and it is not related to the technology, which is absolutely reliable or at least on a level which is higher than the current standard for most companies. The second main trend is the IoT, the Internet of Things. Not only sensors and other components continue to decrease their prices, but the demand for data coming from them increases. IoT will allow the data analytics capabilities to pour out real-time data directly from the source and the ability for companies to be able to manage their business and take corrective actions will be incomparable to the current levels. Some companies like Toshiba are working on cloud-to-chip technologies. These C2C boards will be able to capture and analyze information directly and stay connected to the cloud. The advantage of building such real-time mesh systems will increase again the demand for real-time data analytics. Third, Machine-to-Machine. With the increased adoption of IoT, the machine to machine communication will become a major part of the final customer experience. Although invisible to the customer, the companies which develop and adapt their systems to work for M2M communication, will be able to stay on the pulse of their customers. For example, if the new refrigerator has to order milk, only the companies who can please him, will be able to serve that order. The customer will see only the final outcome – a milk bottle of brand X. All trends show one main trait – the companies will have to collaborate much more with other companies as part of the process to create an excellent and uninterrupted customer experience. And this combined offer with the help of the newest technology will be completely invisible for the customer, which takes the whole interaction to a whole new level.   [gallery size="medium" columns="2" link="file" ids="3329,3381,3380,3373,3372,3371,3370,3377,3378,3379,3376,3375,3374"]
