Not just honest. Intellectually honest. By this we fully agree with the author of the article we are featuring. In couple of words what defines a company "where we would like to work, develop and be developed in" is a place where:

  • decisions are made based on facts, not opinions only;
  • good ideas are allowed to see the light;
  • there is a constant urge for learning and improvements;
  • efficiency is always considered as important as just "doing-the-job".
Let's face it: it's the inconsistencies in the things above that usually make us loose our temper and even quit.
