There's a lot of talk among my peers lately about the concept of becoming a "super-connector." The simple definition is someone who builds a large social network, but not for their own direct use. Instead, they focus on putting people within their network together. They make introduction after introduction, in hopes the two professionals they connect are able to benefit one another. If you can introduce two people who are themselves great connectors then you become a meta-connector.

We’ve all heard the phrase, “It’s not what you know; it’s who you know.” Networking is a key component in how we conduct business today. To hone your networking muscles and become a super connector, remember these 5 principles.
