Bulgaria is the most attractive European location for outsourcing according to a report done by global management consulting firm A.T. Kearney.
The country is the only European location included in the top 10 ranking of the most attractive destinations for outsourcing in the world. The survey, called Global Services Location Index, covers 51 countries. Bulgaria takes ninth place, which is eight places up since the survey was last completed in 2011. The results are based on financial attractiveness, people skills and availability, and business environment.
